Who I work with
Since 2020 I have been coaching runners with a wide variety of goals; from Parkrun PBs to multi day ultra trail events.
I have coached runners to podium finishes, runners chasing cut-offs and everyone in-between.
I specialise in Ultra-trail events, but along the way to these bigger goals, clients are also often completing road events and shorter distances.
I will work with anyone who is willing to commit to the coaching process, and work collaboratively towards an ambitious goal, whatever that means for you.
My coaching philosophy is holistic, considering how best to integrate training into your life. It emphasises the importance of strength training, recovery and mobility as well as planning nutrition and event mindset.
A fully inclusive coaching package. This includes a personalised running and strength & conditioning plan, accessed via Training Peaks (basic membership).
Access to a library of coaching resources.
Unlimited communication via email, WhatsApp or phone.
Monthly one hour online meeting.
Access to our Strava and WhatsApp groups to connect with other athletes.
There is no minimum time commitment but we’d always recommend at least 3-6 months coaching before any event.
