I needed to improve my mountain endurance, confidence in technical terrain and navigation. Ian coached me in a holistic way where we tackled everything around agility, strength and conditioning, descending skills etc. remotely and in person.

There is no minimum time commitment but we’d always recommend at least 3-6 months coaching before any event.
